Pregnant mom diet

a message from a pregnant friend :" a doctor give me multi vitamin, i seldom eat, i think u know pink color tablets-Pramilet.

i so far drink goat milk-one bottle a week, buy fr you tat nutrition
also not every day, 20 pack finish in one month, sometime i drink hong
zao shui, when no milk, i drink goat milk powder buy fr my colleague, i
think just 1-2 pack a week.

oat milk i seldom drink, dun like the taste, i buy 5 grain powder from
BMS, also not every day, see mood, i will add little milo lo

this is my current diet, now i cook myself, i feel more app to eat,
sometime go out da bao, and my finger start itchy, right hand side more worse, i apply with lotion for sensitive skin lo..

as sometime i worry dun know i enough iron, calcium, omega.... or not, hehe"

  1. multivite frm doctor should be consumed, it contains more folic acid tat suit to pregnant woman. sometimes for early pregnancy would be a bit refusing on swallow tablet. so, birdnest spirulina liquid frm b-bes is the most complete nutrition for u. since it contains lemon enzyme to neutralize acid and promote digestion and help to supply vit-c to spirulina. it oso contains oligo helps the growing of good bacteria. if u dun take those pil frm doctor, u should take 2 pack a day.

    for me, fresh goat milk still the best. but for pregnant woman, once the taste make u comfortable, just go ahead.

    dun worry u wont lack any vitamin bcos there r a few times of blood test r going to do, any lacking, doctor will inform....all r under monitoring. try thinking positively. dun worry on iron, no period -> no lost blood and hence wont lack iron. vegetarian wont get lacking calcium easily....be confidence on GOD made human and their foods ok?! omega...lagi dun worry, sne contains balance ration of omega 3, and 6....can start consume when u r not so refusing on it.
